MISSION: Pitch and win the business by creating a social-first campaign the positions Baby Dove as the most relatable brand in the category. 
RESULT: We won with "Smilestones," a social campaign celebrating the adorable milestones that mean the most to parents, the ones not found on a pediatric chart. The content received 1MM+ views with a 10% engagement rate. 
This win opened the door to more Unilever brands, and under my leadership we added Dove Men's Care, SmartyPants Vitamins, Liquid IV, and Sir Kensington to our agency roster.
